THE BIGGEST LOSER!

Hello beautiful familia!! We are doing the biggest loser. So if you would like to be involved join on in! We are doing weekly weigh ins on Fridays. We're doing the percentage of weight lost. So do it. No really do it the same way they do it on the show... total weight lost during the week divided your previous weight (what you weighed the week before). So call Chels to report on Fridays. However, even if you don't have anything to lose (Russ, Amber, Rin, Jeigh, Dallen...okay so there's a lot of you!) the whole goal is to get in good shape so we can go biking and boarding next year!!! So if you have nothing to lose or if you do this is to encourage some fantastic exercise and better eating. Speaking of, I found an awesome website called coolrunning.com that helps get you into a regime or training program. I'm starting the "couch potato to 5K program." Super neat! Let's get training for that marathon! Alright that's enough of the motivational talks. We love you all!

Chels, Russ and I are in! We just realize that we do hardly any physical activity that really gets our hearts pumping, I think that all of us will be happier and live LONGER if we made physical activity a part of our daily lifestyle! I am so glad you guys got this going for the family! If you plan on running in the Pocatello marathin then I am running with you! Lets plan a date to start running, and when we call on Fridays, we will check up on each other to make sure we are doing the running! Love you guys!
